Assembly

In addition to injection moulding your components, we also provide assembly work for many of our customers. Our employees in the assembly department put components together into a complete end product or semi-finished product with the greatest care.

If your request also requires assembly work in addition to the injection moulding of plastic parts, we always first check whether this assembly can take place directly close to the machine (in-line). As we know, the fewer internal movements, the more efficient. If it turns out that this is not a good idea or not possible, all the necessary parts will come together in the assembly department.

The assembly department is well-equipped and consists of a team of experienced employees. A number of the activities undertaken here are:

  • Screw thread application (tapping)
  • Fitting gaskets, such as rubber sealing strips
  • Affixing labels / instructions / safety regulations
  • Gluing components
  • Packing and repacking
  • Assembling products

Our assembly activities are not just limited to assembly after the injection moulding of your plastic components. We also have experience in combining individual components prior to plastic injection moulding taking place. A good example of this is the in-line soldering of a resistor in a metal strip. But we also have a great deal of experience with the insert moulding of components. You can read more about this on the Insert Moulding page. The choice of which sequence of assembly and injection moulding best suits your product usually depends on the number of products and the requirements you set for them.

We have gained a lot of experience over the years with special projects for our customers and we look at all options beforehand without excluding anything.

Curious about how we can use our experience for your product? Then please contact us for a no-obligation appointment with one of our sales people.
