Validation and production

After we have carefully judged the First out of tool parts we spoke about in the previous section, and we are both satisfied about the quality, we can officially validate and release the tool. This official validation happens always at the premises of the toolmaker and is always attended by one of our Project Engineers. During the validation the ideal settings of the production process are defined.

Throughout the years we have gained a lot of experience with all kinds of validation procedures. For the Automotive industry we are used to perform a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and/or CPK Studies. But we are not limited to only these two procedures. We can also adopt other required approval processes.

After the tool is officially validated and released it can be transported to our facility in Son.

Inhouse Toolshop

When the tool arrives at our premises our inhouse toolshop will check the tool thoroughly. Afterwards a first sample moulding is initiated; we carefully verify the set process and improve it where possible.

As a high-quality injection moulding company it is unthinkable to run a business without having an internal toolshop. In order to safeguard the durability and quality of a tool it needs to get cleaned after each production run and it requires periodic maintenance. Our professional toolmakers will make sure that your tool stays in perfect condition.

Whenever the tool is not producing parts, it will be safed in a fire-resistant safe. Your capital is safe with us.
